# 歴史

> プロジェクト内のすべてのチャット インタラクションの記録を表示、フィルター、エクスポートします。

\[**履歴**] タブには、プロジェクト内で行われたチャットのやり取りの完全な記録が表示されます。履歴ログを検索、フィルタリング、グループ化してエクスポートし、レビューや分析を行うことができます。

## 履歴ログ

ログには、チャット メッセージが新しい順に次の列で表示されます。

\| Column | Description **PLACEHOLDER\_0** **User** | The email of the member who sent the message. **PLACEHOLDER\_1** **Created** | The date and time the message was sent. **PLACEHOLDER\_2** **Chat Message** | A truncated preview of the message content. **PLACEHOLDER\_3** **Role** | The role of the member who sent the message. **PLACEHOLDER\_4** **Documents Used** | The number of Knowledge Base documents used to generate the response. |

ログ内の任意の行をクリックすると、対応するチャット ウィンドウに移動し、会話全体を確認できます。

## フィルタリングとナビゲーション

### 検索

\[**ユーザーの検索**] フィールドを使用して、メンバーの電子メールでログをフィルタリングします。

### フィルター

\[**フィルター**] ボタンを選択して、追加のフィルターを適用します。

\| Filter | Description **PLACEHOLDER\_5** **Document Count** | Filter records by the number of documents used in the response. **PLACEHOLDER\_6** **Chat Message** | Search for records containing specific keywords within the chat message. |

**フィルターの適用**を選択して適用するか、**クリア**を選択してリセットします。

### グループ化

\[**グループ化**] ドロップダウンを使用して、レコードを期間別にグループ化します。

\| Option | Description **PLACEHOLDER\_7** **None** | No grouping — all records listed chronologically. **PLACEHOLDER\_8** **Day** | Group records by day. **PLACEHOLDER\_9** **Week** | Group records by week. **PLACEHOLDER\_10** **Month** | Group records by month. |

### 期間

\[**日付範囲の選択**] ボタンを使用して、ログの範囲を特定の時間枠に絞ります。

### 更新

**更新** アイコンを使用して、ログを最新のデータで再ロードします。

## 履歴のエクスポート

\[**エクスポート**] ドロップダウンを選択して、好みの形式で履歴ログをダウンロードします。
